April 9-15: PERU CECOVASA (Organic)
This lot begins with an aroma of nutmeg and toasted almond in a cup sustained by flavors of shortbread, bittersweet cocoa, peach and white wine.

April 2-8: COLUMBIA LA PIRAMIDE
An alluring aroma of cinnamon and cranberry graces thus cup teeming with flavors of green grape, bing cherry, sarsaparilla, dark chocolate and cotton candy.

March 26-April 1: COLUMBIA EL JORDAN
Our Jordan resembles a sweet, tart candy in a cup which brandishes flavors of lemon, raspberry, green apple, apricot and salted caramel.

March 19-25: BURUNDI KINYOVU
This juicy cup is inundated with flavors of ruby red grapefruit, pineapple, black currant, apricot and molasses all ensconced in hard candy sweetness.

March 12-18: ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE ADADO (Organic)
Sweet honey and ginger coalesce within flavors of cola, peach, tea and cane sugar in a cup redolent of rose.

Over the next six weeks, Clockworks Cafe will be brewing a new (to our shop) Stumptown coffee. Stop in and try a cup!

March 5-11: COEUR D’AFRIQUE
This cup divulges flavors of dark chocolate, huckleberry, date, black olive, fig and nectarine permeated by violet aromatics.
